Leah Adent is a Lobo alum who holds a Master's degree in Public Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. She is a NASM certified personal trainer and golf fitness specialist. Leah is passionate about increasing and expanding wellness throughout the UNM community.
Health Education Consultant

Reed is a registered dietitian nutritionist and a NASM certified personal trainer. Reed leads the LifeSteps Weight Management classes offered by Benefits & Employee Wellness throughout the year. He is also available for individual counseling and department presentations. Reed helps faculty and staff find sustainable approaches to lifestyle change across a variety of health goals, including weight loss, digestive issues, sports performance, and more.

As supervisor of the Employee Wellness team, Tracey is in a unique position to help shape and inspire a commitment to well-being by empowering the UNM population to learn more about and to invest in their health.
Tracey has over 35 years of health and wellness experience, holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, is certified as an AFAA Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, ISSA Master of Performance Nutrition and GWS Wellness Coach. She is presently working toward a PsyD. in Clinical Psychology.
