View or Change My Benefits

Change Your Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits

During Open Enrollment, you can enroll or make changes to your Medical, Dental and Vision insurance plans via the online Open Enrollment Web Form available through LoboWeb beginning April 23, 2025. (New Instructional Videos in English and Spanish will be available beginning April 23)

 

  1. Go to MyUNM.
  2. Log in with your UNM Net ID and password
  3. Click ENTER LOBOWEB
  4. Click Benefits and Deductions
  5. Click Open Enrollment
  6. Complete the secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process
  7. Follow the prompts to enroll in, cancel, or make changes to your benefits
  8. Retain a copy of the confirmation on your screen by printing it or “print to PDF”.

 

Enroll in an FSA

  1. Go to MyUNM.
  2. Log in with your UNM Net ID and password
  3. Click ENTER LOBOWEB
  4. Click Benefits and Deductions
  5. Click FSA Open Enrollment
  6. Log in with your NetID and password
  7. Complete the secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process
  8. Follow the prompts to enroll in an FSA (e.g. Health Care and/or Dependent Care)
  9. Retain a copy of the confirmation on your screen by printing it or “print to PDF”.

Note: If you are currently enrolled in an FSA, please note that your FSA account will NOT be automatically continued from the previous Plan Year (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) to the upcoming Plan Year for Fiscal Year (FY26), July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026.

If you have an FSA for the current 2023-2024 Plan Year and wish to re-enroll for FY25, you MUST re-enroll by following the steps above. For assistance, email hrbenefits@unm.edu

 

Change Your Life, Disability, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Benefits

During Open Enrollment, you can make changes to your Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance plans via the online Life, Disability, and AD&D Web Form available through LoboWeb beginning April 23, 2025. (New Instructional Videos in English and Spanish will be available beginning April 23).

 

  1. Go to MyUNM.
  2. Log in with your UNM Net ID and password
  3. Click ENTER LOBOWEB
  4. Click Benefits and Deductions
  5. Click Open Enrollment
  6. Complete the secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process
  7. Follow the prompts to enroll in, cancel, or make changes to your life, disability and AD&D benefits
  8. Retain a copy of the confirmation on your screen by printing it or “print to PDF”.

 

View Your Current Benefits Statement

  1. Go to MyUNM.
  2. Log in with your UNM Net ID and password
  3. Click ENTER LOBOWEB
  4. Click Benefits and Deductions
  5. Click Benefit Statement
  6. Complete the secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process
