Tracey L. Briggs

Tracey L. Briggs

 

Supervisor, EHP

MA, AFAA-CPT, CHAWC, NASM-CES & FNS

  • Tracey is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified personal trainer, and Cooper Institute certified fitness consultant. She is certified as a Master of Performance Nutrition from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) which allows her to specialize in integrating physical fitness guidance with quality nutritional choices to achieve personal wellness goals.

Health Education Consultant

MS, RD, LD, NASM-CPT, CES, PES

  • Reed is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer who specializes in natural and holistic approaches to lifestyle change. He has worked with clients pursuing a variety of goals, including weight loss, sports performance, and disease prevention.

Lauren Lewis

Lauren Lewis

 

Health Education Consultant

BS, NASM-CPT

  • Lauren is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and is currently earning a master’s degree in Community Health Education at the University of New Mexico. She is an experienced group fitness instructor and enjoys presenting on a variety of fitness and wellness topics to help clients optimize their overall health.

  • Vanessa earned her bachelor's degree in Health Education from the University of New Mexico and has worked with Employee Health Promotion since 2010. Vanessa has successfully coordinated a variety of UNM-wide initiatives to increase physical activity and improve wellness. Vanessa is committed to make wellness a priority in the UNM community.
