This package is included with the purchase of a WOW fitness pass through Recreational Services. Knowledge is power and knowing your personal fitness levels helps you to assess and plan your path toward fitness improvement. The Quick Fitness Assessment measures body composition, strength, and flexibility. Aerobic fitness is assessed through a sub-maximal exercise test (without electrocardiogram). This test takes ½ hour to 45 minutes, including interpretation of test results, making it especially useful for those on a tight schedule. If you do not have a WOW pass, this test does have a fee. Please call the Exercise Physiology Lab at 277-2658 for current rates and to schedule an appointment.
Before beginning any exercise program consult with your doctor.
